Rent is collected at the Housing Authority of the City of Old Town’s office located at 358 Main Street in Old Town on the first five days of the month (excluding weekends and holidays). Collection hours are between the hours of 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 1:00 to 3:30 pm only. 

You may pay your rent by bringing it to the office or pay by mail. Only checks and money orders are accepted. Cash payments are NOT accepted. Payments must reach this office within the same time frame given above. The mailing address is: HACOT, PO Box 404, Old Town, ME  04468-0404.

Rent is due the first day of the month and will be considered late if paid after the fifth of the month.

Post-dated checks cannot be accepted and will be returned.
